Can't perform any transaction

Am in Dubai and not able to perform any transaction, with more than 5 lak in account am not able to use my money, customer care is worst. I guess it’s a scam better to get card from your bank. It’s been more than 3 days they are not able to resolve the issue. My entire money is with them. Planning to file a complain in RBI. Just imagine my situation am helpless. There is no human interaction only live chat keeps entertaing you with pretyped messages

My situation is also not diiferent. I’m in Sweden, and I can’t do any transactions with the card. Is this a financial fraud?
