What’s the maximum cash we can withdraw in single transaction with Niyo SBM debit card from ATM’s in Bali ? I understand that Niyo charges almost 500 INR per withdrawal. So want to keep the no. of transactions minimum with max. cash withdrawal. Anyone who travelled recently to Bali and withdrawn cash, please guide.

Hey @NIYOCOMM2024111394AR

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :raised_hands:

We’re excited to share that your Niyo SBM debit card comes with convenient international ATM withdrawal limits:

:money_with_wings: INR 1 Lakh /per transaction
:money_with_wings: INR 1 Lakh /per day
:money_with_wings: INR 3 Lakh/ per month
:money_with_wings: INR 5 Lakh/ per year

Each withdrawal has a fee of INR 423 + GST, regardless of the amount.

And here’s some great news! :tada: You get 3 free international ATM withdrawals per quarter (the withdrawal fee will be credited back to you in Niyo Coins). You can redeem these coins for in-app purchases, including flight bookings, visa services, and more. :airplane:

Safe travels, and let us know if you need any assistance!

I’ve been trying to resolve issues with the Niyo Global app for over six months, contacting support at least 50 times. Each time, I’m told to “wait” for a solution with no real update, resulting in 25+ template responses that say my concern is “being looked into.” The app doesn’t work for basic transactions—sending and receiving money, card orders, and even connecting to customer support have all failed repeatedly.

I’ve also tried calling the Niyo support line (1860 258 6496), only to be disconnected after selecting language options. The advertised customer service number leads nowhere, making it impossible to address any issues directly.

This constant delay and lack of transparency about the ongoing technical issues with Niyo Global partnered with SBM Bank is incredibly frustrating. If Niyo Global can’t ensure a stable, functioning service due to regulatory or technical hurdles, they shouldn’t advertise these features or mislead customers with false assurances. The lack of a responsive customer support team has rendered this service practically unusable.

For those considering Niyo Global, be aware that, according to recent updates, RBI restrictions may be affecting SBM Bank’s international transactions, yet Niyo has not communicate d this clearly with its users about the impacts.

Hi @Raghav_Mac,

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :hugs:

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had. We understand the challenges caused by the lack of updates and ongoing technical issues. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we truly appreciate you sharing your concerns with us.

We completely understand how important it is for the app to function reliably for basic tasks, and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We want to assist you in resolving this as quickly as possible. Could you please share your details with us directly so we can investigate your case and provide an effective solution? We are committed to making things right, and your feedback is essential in helping us improve.

Once again, we apologize for the difficulties you’ve faced, and we are hopeful that we can work together to resolve this swiftly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we are here to help and will do everything we can to make this right.

Hi,
It’s been a couple of days since my rekyc was completed and the app is not yet updated. Can you please let me know when International transactions will be enabled back on my account

Thanks

Hi @Shabil_Muhammad,

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :hugs:

Please note that once you complete the re-KYC process, the bank typically takes 2 working days to activate your SBM savings account. You will receive a confirmation email from SBM Bank once this is completed. Furthermore, SBM Bank will send you another email to notify you when international transactions are activated on your account.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this process!

So, I completed V-KYC and re-KYC and they said within 4 working days your International Transactions will be enabled and now Its more than 6 days and Its not working here in Malaysia-Kualalampur. Sent several mails but no reply. Contacted customer care they said we don’t know anything, your status is not updated. We got stuck here and very Pathetic service by them.
