We would like to inform you that Re KYC cannot be completed if you are outside India due to bank and RBI regulations. However, if you wish to withdraw funds by temporarily unfreezing your SBM account, please email global@goniyo.com with the subject “Please activate my Niyo SBM account” from your registered email ID. Attach the Re-KYC Declaration form ReKYC_Declaration.pdf (33.0 KB),
supporting documents, and the following details:
Customer Name:
Customer ID:
Purpose of Travel:
Estimated Return Date:
Proof of Stay Abroad:
Estimated Re-KYC Completion Date:
Accepted Documents (any one): Immigration stamp, return tickets, university/college letter, medical certificate for treatment duration, or any other relevant proof of stay.
Once the email is sent, kindly share the ticket ID here so we can prioritize your request for a temporary unfreeze.
