I bought a laptop and I need a refund .I paid using niyo.is it possible to load it with cad

If you’ve made an online purchase using a Niyo Global card and expecting a refund for your transaction, you’ll receive the refund once the merchant initiates it. Here, CAD will be converted to INR and will be refunded.

Thanks god , i was bit worried .
i contacted niyo in the mean time and they informed me it would take about 15 days to credit that amount.
