They de-activated my account for no reason at the time of an emergency. I dont understand why their procedure is so senseless to use an indian number to verify it again and adhar card number. I am in the hospital writing this feedback as because of their slow response and third class system I was unable to get my payment for my medicines being in another country altogether. My account was not active for with no information given. Go with Thomas Cook as they are 10X more reliable than SBM

Hi @Parth_Sharma,

We are sorry to hear that. Please allow us a window to check your details and assist you further.

Hi @Parth_Sharma,

As checked, we see that you currently hold an account with Equitas Bank. Your Niyo SBM account has not been created yet, as the KYC process is incomplete.

Since our partnership with Equitas has ended, we request you to contact Equitas Bank support at 1800 103 1222 or email customerservice@equitasbank.com for any balance, service, or account-related queries.

For assistance with onboarding a new account with SBM or DCB, please feel free to write to us at upgrade@goniyo.com, and we’ll be happy to guide you.

All I wanna know is why was ny account de-activated

How can I be assured that my account wont be terminated again as I am at the hospital waiting for my family to send me money. Do you really think ill trust this branch for money transfers? Your partnership ended is least of my concerns right now. I want to be assured that this wont happen again and if i create my account with you, there will be no further hassle like this in the future or else im taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you

Hi @Parth_Sharma,

As informed, our partnership with Equitas ended on May 31 ad it was communicated to all the users. We’re sorry, but we will not be able to check your account deactivation details from our end. We request that you kindly contact Equitas Bank directly for further assistance with your account.

Hi @Parth_Sharma,

We completely understand your concern, especially given the difficult situation you’re in right now. Partnership closures and changes are sometimes unforeseen and driven by business requirements, but please be assured that all such updates are communicated to our users in advance.

That said, with our current partner banks, your account remains secure and active, and you’ll be able to use it without disruptions for transfers, international spends, and other services. We want to assure you that we’ll be here to support you and ensure a smoother experience going forward, while fully respecting your choice.

So how do we create an account now. I dont have access to my indian phone numbers.

Regards,
Parth

Hi @Parth_Sharma,

Unfortunately, to complete the onboarding process, you’ll need to be in India and have access to your Indian mobile number, as it’s required for verification.

Appreciate your understanding on this.

Hi, when I started using Niyo global, I was registered with equitas small dunce bank. But after a few years equitas automatically stopped partnering with Niyo global so I shifted my account to dcb bank.

Now I want to understand if my bank account is still active with equitas bank because I keep getting calls. If yes then how can I close my bank account.
