IAM UNABLE TO DO MY E-KYC PROCESS

Continuing the discussion from Video kyc not processing further:

SAME PROBLEM I AM EVEN GETTING I HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES ,BUT NO RESULT
IAM KNOW FADE UP WITH THIS BANK ACCOUNT I WONT TO CLOSE IT , BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TRY FOR 15-20 TIME FOR E-KYC . IT ALWAYS SHOWS ME A ERROR THAT
“PLEASE USE WITH THE COMPATIBLE BROWSER GOOGLE CHORME” AFTER SEING LOTS OF TUTORIALS BUT STILL NO RESULT . I WILL POSTED COMPLAIN ON TWITTER

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with the video KYC process. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after trying so many times and encountering the same error. I understand your disappointment.

To help resolve this, could you please raise a ticket with SBM customercare@sbmbank.co.in if you haven’t done so already? Additionally, I recommend reinstalling Google Chrome or trying the process from another computer. Scheduling the VKYC during weekdays around lunchtime might also help.
