How to transfer to Niyo from international account?

Hi, I am a student in the Us and I use my Niyo card all the time but I do need to transfer money from my international account as I don’t take money from my parents in India anymore. I tried sending money through Remitly but it never got transferred. Please tell me a way that would allow me to transfer money to Niyo Account from an international account.

Hello @Palak_Wadel! Niyo DCB Global Account doesn’t allow you to receive funds from International Accounts. We advise you to transfer funds from an Indian Bank Account. -WB
