Can I do Inward Remittance with Global Niyo / DCB account?

Can I use my Niyo DCB account for inward remmittance of USD ? What are the charges levied?

Does this mean , I cannot use the current account to receive USD using transferwise /shareworks?

Yes, any inward remittance that is not in INR will be returned back to the source. LK

Can I use Niyo IDFC First or Niyo Equitas account for the same?

We are sorry but none of the offering right now would allow you to have Inward Remittance in any other currency than INR. LK

Could you please provide details on the following points? 1. Does DCB Bank support direct remittances in Japanese Yen? 2. If yes, what are the applicable charges and exchange rates for converting JPY to INR? 3. Name of the branch and address which I need to my employer in Japan to receive my salary in JPY

Hi,
I’ve been trying to transfer money from my DCB Bank account to a US Bank account.

I tried swiping my global debit card at the recipient bank but it was declined.

Alternatively I am trying to use the remit feature on the app which keeps on throwing an error message.

Please fix this / suggest an alternative way to transfer money.
! FYI the DCB Remit online portal is also broken , as itself signup page is unable to load.
