How much morentime do I have to wait for the team to get back?
I guess itbwill be better if you tell me the process to close the account.

We understand your concern. As informed earlier, as per SBM Bank’s policy, only the first and last names (as per Aadhaar and PAN) are printed on the card. We see that your name, as per your PAN and Aadhar, is visible on your card. This process is managed directly by the bank. However, we’ve also noted your feedback and will share it with our management. :innocent:


For account closure, please write to global@goniyo.com from your registered email with the subject line “I want to close my SBM savings account,” and we’ll assist you further.

Kindly help me with the same as ive sent an email to global@goniyo.com and my ticket number is 147373. I need to use my funds and i don’t know why my transfers are not happening as its saying error from SBM bank. Request you to kindly help me with the account closure asap.

My name is captured wrong in the app , there is a spelling mistake. All my documents have right spelling - Aadhar,pan and passport ..still the app captured wrong spelling
