I transferred 50,000 to Niyo account from my Kotak account on 2nd Oct 23:08 and 100000 again on 3rd Oct at 13:02. Neither of the amount has been credited to my account. All the transactions through Niyo app and Niyo card are getting declined.

We deeply regret the inconvenience. As we checked, the funds are not credited to your account. The chances are there that the amount may get refunded to the source bank within 2-3 days.
