If the transfer shows as credited in transaction history but your available balance is still 0, itâs usually a temporary settlement or sync delay between the sending bank and SBM/Niyo. This can happen even when Google Pay or Jupiter shows the payment as successful.
Wait 30â60 minutes, refresh the app, or log out and log back in. Also check if the amount is marked as pending or on hold. If it still doesnât update, contact in-app support and share the UTR/reference number so they can trace it. In most cases, the amount either reflects shortly or gets auto-reversed to the source account.
I have 2 niyo DCB Cards (1 debit and 1 credit). Since I am travelling, I wish to see my balance but I am unable to see my transactions in the app. I have refreshed the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked my settings, checked my internet but nothing seems like working. I am still unable to see the transactions not getting any updates about the transactions for both the card.
