Currently when we raise a ticket, we can only see the ticket status as in progress
or closed
.
It’d be really helpful to be able to reply to the thread because:
- Add vital pieces of information that one forgot while creating the ticket.
- Maintain an easy flow of conversation between NiyoX support and the customer.
- Prevent a barrage of new tickets to ask for status update, adding info etc. making the process more streamlined.
NiyoX has become my favorite banking app within a few weeks of use and I can’t wait to see it shine even brighter, hitting 1 lac customers soon
