The NiyoX Chat BOT is our latest offering, taking us a step closer to achieving this. With the new NiyoX Chat BOT, we will be able to assist you instantly and round the clock.

This also makes it easier for you to find solutions to common queries without any dependency on anyone.

Here’s how you can find it:

Step 1: Go to Menu on the Home Screen

Step 2: Tap on ‘Support’

Step 3: Tap on ‘Need Help?’

Step 4: 1. Tap on ‘Message Us’ in the bottom of the screen

Step 5: You’re all set to start a conversation with our Chat BOT!

> Would request you all to try the NiyoX Chat BOT and give us your feedback, we promise to work on it and make it better for you.

P.S. The BOT is new so it will take some time to train the BOT and for it to stabilize. In case BOT acts/interacts in a funny way we will have our Customer Service Officers help you out over the Chat as a backup. :slight_smile:

My kyc is still pending I don’t get any call at regarding kyc

How to raise a ticket :
Login to the NiyoX App > Menu > Support > Need Help
Describe your query in the chat and someone from our support team will assist you shortly.

Why it’s taking too much time on chat bot service to get an answers?


Extremely poor service experience with chat bot!

Hi @furia ! Apologies for the delay caused. We’re seeing a high number of chats at the moment. We are consistently working to improve the experience and load capacity at our end to take up more customer concerns.

What would you prefer in high wait time scenarios?

  • Just send me a push notification when the chat is assigned.
  • I want to raise a ticket
