Delay in processing the wealth account since 10 business days

It’s nearing to 10days since I have requested to open a Niyo global account. The whole concept of choosing Niyo was its fast and hassle free approach. One of my friend was able to get the physical card within 2 days and right after that I did it. I completed my kyc verification as well. It still says “we are verifying your wealth account” from past 10days. I am relocating internationally on 1st Dec and I am badly in need of the Niyo card. Could anyone please advise me on the same? There is no customer service number to contact as well,
