I have ordered a card as of August 1. I was eagerly waiting for the card. But, in the Niyo Global App status was still ordered. I tried reaching to customer service and after multiple tickets and emails, they told my card got returned. No one notified or even called me for delivery of my shipment, then how it got returned i dont know.
Account opening, KYC etc. was so seamless but the final card delivery sucks.
