my address was taken wrong.so i went to sbm nearest branch and filled out the address updation form.according to the bank records my address is updated but inti the niyo global app the address did not get updated and i am not able to get my card delivered.
i want my address to be updated in the app.
and aslo im trying to call the customer care 18002586496
, an number provided by SBM, you just get hung up asking you to call from registered number, while you are calling from registered number.
We believe that you’ve reached out to our support team for the same. If your address has been updated in the bank records, you should be able to view the same through net banking. We kindly request you to check for the same and share a screenshot with us and we’ll have that updated in our records.
Not in the netbanking but the niyo global account.
And also its showing the pincode is not serviceble
I did contact the support team sent mails to global@goniyo.com but no response.
