Is something wrong with my niyo account?

I have a niyo SBM account. Previously i used to get my niyo emails, for tickets raised in my registered email, or get update via the whatsapp niyo global, but noticed this since 10th Feb, the niyo global chat in whatsapp keeps saying I don’t have an account, and I am not getting any emails on ticket updates in my registered email id, I can’t see the ticket update in the niyo app ‘it always shows something is wrong’. Last time I connected on this issue with customer care, they said to religion, it should solve the the issue but it is still there. there are 3 txn related issues I faced, I cant get any updates related to it because of these issues.
