Ckyc seervers not responding please contact our customer care

Hi Team,

I am deepak manimuthu and 7010737271 is my I urgently need two Niyo SBM cards for my travel to singapore. I am unable to create account through ios mobile app “Niyo Global”.

I have submitted PAN Card and Aadhar Card details, but every time I am getting an error “oh no! The CKYC servers are not responding”

The error said that if problem persists we should contact Niyo team.

Can you please help?

We always recommend you not to share your personal detail like a phone number or email openly as your privacy matters to us. We’ve just checked your onboarding status and we are sorry to let you know that we cannot onboard you for Niyo Global by SBM due to a CKYC error. Our team is working to bring an alternative onboarding way to avoid such CKYC issues. However, it will take a few more days.

In the meantime, you may try NiyoX which offers 0 forex mark-up charges and many other benefits.
