CKYC Error while creating the account

When I was creating the account I got a CKYC error. When I contacted the coustomer care they said I will not be able to open an account. Is there a way I could do the kyc offline.

Or does the niyox card gives you access to the airport lounge and can I enjoy the same benifits as the niyo global card. If not what are the differences.

We are sorry that we couldn’t onboard you for Niyo SBM due to CKYC-related issues. The onboarding for Niyo SBM is based on CKYC. You need to have the CKYC type NORMAL. When our system has fetched your CKYC details, it is found that you have an OTP-based e-KYC due to which we couldn’t onboard you.

As an alternative, you may try NiyoX. It offers 0 mark up on forex transactions like Niyo SBM. However, NiyoX doesn’t provide an airport lounge access facility.

I can enjoy all the benifits of the niyo global card in this card but I cant get lounge access right ? Or are there any other disadvantages ?

I found it strange. they collected all my CKYC documents through their app and in the end i get an error message. Following documents nos were provided and the same verified on the Niyo Global APP .

  1. PAN
  2. ADHAAR
  3. Passport File No.
