Sir , I received debit card and I finished full kyc through my branch but app shows pending not complete kyc limit upto one lakh and validity 12 months . What to do next step sir …

We always recommend completing the biometric KYC through NiyoX KYC partner to avail exclusive offers and rewards from Niyo.

In case, if you have completed the KYC formalities by visiting any Equitas Small Finance Bank, the status on the NiyoX app will not get updated. However, your account should be fully upgraded.
