Card lost in ATM machine

One of the ATM machines (Denizi bank) in Cappadocia ate my Niyo SBM card when I tried to withdraw cash. I am unable to reach the toll free customer care numbers. Denizi bank customer care said I need to check with my bank and follow their process.
What do I do next? My card was working seamlessly until now and now am stranded with just some cash and nothing more. Please help!

Please reach out to me as soon as possible. Am reachable on my local registered phone number as well as mail. The local bank ATM where I lost the card claims you need to do something from your end. Am not sure what the actual procedure is.
