Lost my Niyo global card. How to apply again?

I lost my card today and I want to apply for new replacement card. How can I get that?

Hey @Abhinav_Chemikala ! You can order a replacement card just by simply following below steps.

Login to Niyo SBM app > Card Settings > Block existing debit card > Click on order a new card(Top Right) > Confirm. Feel free to reach out to our Live chat support team through the Niyo SBM app for further assistance. - WB

We are sorry to hear about your lost card. We request you to immediately lock your card through the Niyo app to prevent any unauthorized usage.

Regarding the replacement, you can permanently block the card and place a reorder directly from the app’s ‘Card Settings.’ Please keep in mind that we can only ship replacement cards within India at the moment. If you’ve lost your Niyo card, open the Niyo SBM app, go to Card Settings, block your existing card, and select Order a new card. Confirm the request, and your replacement card will be processed. You can also contact the live chat in the app for assistance.
