I work in the Merchant Navy. I was applying for the Equitas Niyo Global Card where I noticed that it asked me to confirm that I comply with FATCA registeration. Though I am an Indian citizen I have an NRE account and have tax free wages, due to which FATCA registration is not required. Am I still eligible to apply for the card?
