Our transaction is secured with a 2FA(two-factor authentication) payment gateway. However, a few websites do not require the above gateway and use a different mode of processing payment. So, “HOWEVER”, for some websites, the Niyo card is highly insecure as the payment deducts without authorization.
I have written to Niyo support but with no help. Thanks for your recommendation!
But I have already been recommended to raise a complaint to RBI and the consumer forum, so following that.

I just want to caution other users to beware!
