3D Secure is getting declined

Hi,

I tried making an online payment of 5 GBP using the Niyo SBM card. It gave "The 3D secure response was: Declined" error. My amount got deducted and have not received its refund yet.

Can you please confirm if the card provides 3D Secure for online foreign currency transactions?

Currently, Niyo Global by SBM doesn’t support 3D secure payments. In case, if your amount has been debited from your account for a failed international transaction, a refund will be processed within 5-10 days.

Ok, thanks for the reply. Any idea if 3D secure shall be introduced in near future? Or do we have any portal to request for this feature?

We are sorry to let you know that there are no plans to introduce it in the near future by the bank.

I am facing the same issue with Niyo equitas card. Will it be introduced in the future?

Same issue still persists , you guys have not fixed issue in 2+ years,very bad.

The issue is stil there as I tried to book tickets of

Tickets on Sktropolis at Genting hghlands and it got declined 3 times as they accept the mony only fro cards having 3d secure facility.
