Thank you for your time on the call @RAHUL_PATIL1.
As discussed, you can complete the Re-KYC for your SBM account using this link: SBM Re-KYC
Once the Re-KYC is completed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email from SBM Bank. Post this, the bank will verify and approve the request, and you should receive another email confirming that your account is active within 24–48 hours.
After your account is active, you can transfer the remaining funds to any other Indian bank account. Once that is done, please drop an email to global.escalation@goniyo.com from your registered email ID requesting account closure, and we’ll take it forward with the bank team.
We’re just a message away if you have more questions. Happy to help anytime!
Hey,
I’m new here .
I wanted to know if Niyo is working on a new zero forex credit card without a lien amount requirement ?
If yes pls include lounge access, a priority pass with a complimentary access of 2 times a year minimum .
Hey Joshua!
Welcome to the Niyo Community! ![]()
Thank you for sharing your suggestion with us.
At the moment, we do not have a zero forex credit card without a lien amount requirement in the pipeline. However, we truly value ideas like yours — especially around adding benefits such as lounge access and complimentary Priority Pass visits.
We’ve noted your feedback and will be sure to share it with the relevant team for consideration. Customer inputs like this help us shape better products and features going forward.
Please feel free to keep the suggestions coming — we’re always listening! ![]()
The visa exchange rate for euro is not accurate and not live rates like when it is around 106.8 the app is showing 107.62. Niyo don’t have markup fee or exchange rates so why those rates are up. Though the usd and other currencies are perfect matching the live rates.
Hi @NIYOCOMM202602036XLI Kanagarajah,
We understand your concern regarding the EUR exchange rate shown in the app.
Please note that we follow the live Visa exchange rate portal for all international transactions, and there is no markup charged from our end. The rate applied is determined by the Visa network at the time of settlement, which may slightly differ from the mid-market rate you see elsewhere.
For your reference, you can check the applicable rate on the Visa Exchange Rate Calculator:
https://www.visa.co.in/support/consumer/travel-support/exchange-rate-calculator.html
If you still feel the rate applied is higher than expected, please write to us at global@goniyo.com with the transaction details and a screenshot. We’ll be happy to review it and assist you further.
Is there a way to load CHF francs directly on the niyo account
Hi @NIYOCOMM202603093GNB Raihan,
Welcome to the Niyo Community! ![]()
You cannot directly load Swiss Francs (CHF) onto your Niyo account. You can add funds only in Indian Rupees (INR). When you make an international transaction, the amount will automatically be converted to the local currency based on the live Visa exchange rates at the time of the transaction.
Appreciate your understanding.
