We regret the inconvenience caused and completely understand your disappointment about not being able to generate the PIN for your Niyo DCB debit card using the provided link. To resolve this, we request you to please tap the DCB Savings Account tile on the home screen, then tap the DCB Niyo Debit Card icon below the balance card, and select Reset PIN. Follow the further steps on the DCB Bank’s web portal to complete it.
You can also reset via the DCB Mobile Banking App or by calling DCB Bank Customer Care at 022-68997777 or 040-68157777.
