Amount debited from Axis bank but not credited to Niyo through IMPS

I tried to transfer money from my AXIS BANK to Niyo as a trial through NEFT standard. Amount has been debited from Axis but it’s not credited to Niyo. But I tried to do multiple trials from same bank through UPI & they are successful. Please help,
