Dear Niyo office
I cancelled an auto renewal with on of the merchant sites, yet the amount has been debited from my Card.
Kindly help me with this issue
I tried contacting your Live chat, but the person named ‘Shaikh’ has wasted more than an hour of mine with offering no real solution.
I even contacted SBM bank, but they said you’ll solve this issue.

We see that you’ve been charged Rs.189 by Google Play Services on 13th July. The auto-debit happens if the merchant fails to communicate about the cancellation of the subscription to the bank. If you’ve cancelled the subscription, firstly, we’d request you to connect with Google Play Services (GPS) support and raise your concern. If the GPS support team confirms that the subscription has been cancelled from their end and the amount has not reached them, please seek an email confirmation and share that with us and we’ll have this investigated from our end.
