By mistake I add the wrong address in my account and i got to know after 5 days when my card delivery was failed please tell me what to do to change the address and get the delivery of card as soon as possible

Hi @Pratyaksh, welcome to our community! You can reach out to us via in-app support or email us at global@goniyo.com to change the communication address. We would require proof of an updated communication address (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport/Driving license). Once we have the proof we will work with the bank to get the address updated in up to 7-10 working days.
