Account Balance not getting updated from 01/07/2022

@Deepak it would be great to get a response as I am travelling in a few hours and would have to make payments for my stay and visa ! Please help me out

Your funds have been successfully credited to your Niyo SBM account. You should be able to view it under the transactions page. We are aware of the issue that the balance is not getting updated on the home screen of the app. This has been highlighted and we are working on it. Rest assured, we’ll have this fixed at the earliest.

@Deepak so I can use the money which has been credited and not reflecting right ? It’s only the problem with the home page balance is it ?

No u can’t. Try to transfer some funds. You will get an alert of insufficient funds. It’s not a problem in home screen. It’s a problem from ground level

@Deepak . We are getting an alert of Insufficient funds when we try to do a transaction. So amount credited was just showing in transactions history. But they are not credited in the account.

I have transferred 3400, im my account but the transaction amount is not updated in account rather than this it is showing in as incoming, but not updated in account checked gpay to but the same issue

As told here by the moderator, I have tried to make payments, long story short, I was not able to. I received the error stating insufficient balance (yet it shows under transaction that I have received the funds), i tried the live chat too, no response. Please take action immediately because some of our daily expenses depend on this bank.

I transferred money from my other bank account to niyo account via upi. Money was debited from my other account, but when I tried making payment with niyo it showed low balance. I checked the app and the money isn’t credit in niyo. Tried using live chat but 0 response. Please reply and resolve promptly.

Same issue
I just made a Upi transaction of 5000 through PhonePe. Transaction is successful but not updated in account.
But I received sms saying credited to my account but no where to be found.

I loaded INR 1k using my net banking, but the amount was debited from my account but not credited to my Niyo global account when I checked my Niyo global app. Please do something about it. I used IMPS as a mode of transfer, and I even added a beneficiary to my net banking with an A/C number and an IFSC code.

Also i tried using Gpay UPI but it throws an error “sorry try again with another bank”

Please help me out.
Any help is appreciated

Hello @Deepak currently I have to pay bills and even medical expenses too . This is some kind of emergency and now that the funds are safe but cannot use . I hope you understand this situation mentioned before (medical expenses) can you adjust let me know the exact time this issue is going to sort ?? Not a regular msg like " soon" but I need you to clarify this issue.

Same problem, Unable to see updated account balance, unable to use upi or fund transfer, even unable to raise a ticket to chat with support
