I order the physical debit card but i never used it and its only used in online transaction so could you please tell me that charge is applicable or not and if charge is applicable then tell me how to avoid the charge
Hey @Vive_k! We believe you are enquiring about NiyoX debit card charges. The annual charge on the debit card is waived off for the first year. From the second year, it would be Rs.150+GST. However, we are working closely with the bank to waive off the fee from the second year based on the transactions criteria. We’ll let you know about it by end of this quarter.
