I was trying to make my first international payment using the virtual card. Although my international transactions are activated and I am certain I am entering the correct OTP (tried thrice) the transaction gets declined or cancelled.
We see that you were able to make a transaction (in GBP) using your Niyo Global card details on the 25th of August. If the issue still persists, you may reach out to our live chat support through your Niyo SBM app sharing the transaction details like date, amount, and merchant details and we’ll have that investigated.
Same issue with me. I tried to chat with live support in niyo sbm. But, they are not giving any update and reason for declining the payment. I have to make payment urgently.
