Why is the Niyo app asking for permissions to my credit report for six months before I can apply for a savings account with a debit card?

I want to open a Niyo DCB account with the Niyo debit card. I tried doing it in the Niyo app. However, even before I can do anything, the app is asking for permissions to my credit report for six months!

I do not even see any way to select the option of a savings account and the bank. How can I open a Niyo DCB bank account, and without having to provide access to my credit report?

I am applying for a debit card, not a credit card!
