What is difference between Niyo Global by SBM or Niyo Global by DCB

I created a new account today and it appears to be Niyo Global by SBM. But while exploring the community, I noticed that there is something else called Niyo Global by DCB. Is there any feature, facility or any kinds of difference between Niyo Global by SBM or Niyo Global by DCB ? I think these two operates from two different primary bank. Will that create any difference? Can a use shift from SBM to DCB if needed?

You can have both cards but cannot switch from one to another as they are two different banks.
