We cannot open your sbm global account yet since your CKYC records does not meet our criteria. What should i do?

This is certainly not the way, we wished to have our first communication with you. We request you to update your CKYC details by visiting your home branch where you hold an account already and try onboarding with us. At the moment, we cannot have you onboard with us.
