UPI : Money deducted but not added to Niyo card

Hi there,
This is important since I have to complete college application fee payment.

I tried to add money through UPI, the money was deducted from my bank account but the niyo app displayed “Error occurred, please contact Niyo customer care”

I was surprised to find that the whatsapp support as well as the call support is no longer available for Niyo Global DCB.

Can you please Fastrack the resolution, i.e., refund of the debited amount back to my bank.

And what would be the alternative to add money now, can I use NEFT? Will that work flawlessly?
Update: I tried adding through NEFT, even that failed!!

Need this resolution asap as there are more steps to complete for my application which can be done only after the payment.

It’ll be very helpful if you can provide proper support channel as it was back in the day, untill the card has a validity at least.
