The debit card cashback was only applicable on VISA Platinum debit card spends, as you have not completed your biometric KYC, you would have done this debit card spend through your VISA Platinum debit card, thus you are not eligible for this.

Hello @Avj . It is adviced to create a ticket regarding this issue in the NiyoX mobile app and await for the response in your registered email. They will resolve your issue at the earliest. If you’re not happy with the answer, kindly wait, a Niyo representative will assist you further. Also you can try to report this issue to the new BOT which is under support section in the NiyoX app which will lead you to a customer support officer.
