I am unable to login to app. Please help
Same for me, i had uninstalled and installed again and not they dont recognise my number.

Same, unable to login to the iOS app. Face ID does not work, passcode does not work. Resetting does not work (stuck on loading screen)
Deleting the app and reinstalling does not work. Now I am stuck in the screen where I have to enter my number and it says “Something is not right! Please try again later” 
I too faced the same problem but in few hours of complaining I was replied to relogin and that’s it it was working again .. promptly serviced
