I am not able to create a niyo account I add on all the details but after that it’s showing " Bank can’t be opened " .I raised request on app 2-3 times but no response

It looks like DCB Bank services might not be available in your area at the moment. To resolve this, you can email onb-global@goniyo.com with the following details:
- A description of the issue
- Your complete current address, including the Pincode
An associate from DCB Bank should be able to assist with the biometric process at your location.
