How is this order from RBI going to affect Niyo Global Card by SBM? Will this card work for forex transactions now onwards?

@Deepak @Vinay_Bagri Why isn’t anyone responding to the above query regarding niyo global card? When will international transactions work again or atleast provide unsecured cards to those with good credit scores atleast so that they don’t need to block an amount with fd based card.

What is the current situation?
Is NIYO global (debit card) still operational for all international transactions, particularly in the US post the ban? And is this card accepted in the US?
Any update on international ecommerce transaction and timeline by which it will be enabled for niyo global debit card users?

There’s no update on the international Ecom transactions with the Niyo Global SBM debit card. We are yet to receive an update from the bank and RBI.
i had the same issue and reached out the support - they told me it’s still blocked for now with no set timeline. I’ve just been using alternate ways for international payments

We’re happy to share that your Niyo SBM Debit Card is now fully enabled for international online 
and offline 
transactions, as the RBI restrictions were lifted quite some time ago. 
To get started, simply:
Complete your Re-KYC
Enable International Transactions under Card Settings in the app
You can also click on the link below to complete your Re-KYC and start using your Niyo SBM card globally!
