My parents will be travelling with my card to DUBAI. Will they be having any kind of issues.

Niyo Global card works in Dubai. Your parents should be able to use the card for international transactions. It is always recommended that the card should be used only by the cardholder.
Without otp , what is the other way around to use the card

Hey @Abhisek_Rekhani! For ATM withdrawals, POS swipe transactions, OTPs are not required. For online transactions, OTP is required and it will be sent to the registered email and mobile number.
