Not able to Signup due to CKYC problem

I tried to signup, but after filling up all the things, in the end, it showed a message that the account can’t be created due to CKCY. Can someone help me with it, or at least remove the entry from your database, so that I can try to signup again?

We are sorry for keeping you waiting! The onboarding for Niyo SBM is based on CKYC. When our system tried to fetch your CKYC details, it showed that you have got an OTP Based e-KYC and the year of it is 2017. To onboard for Niyo SBM, the CKYC type should be Normal. Therefore, we cannot onboard you for Niyo SBM as of now.

As an alternative, you may try NiyoX which offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions. Read more about the Difference between NiyoX and Niyo SBM - #2 by Deepak

Actually, I have got CKYC, which I confirmed with the bank today. Can you reset my account? So that I can try it once again by manually entering my CKYC

Is ur issue got resolved and successfully open ur niyo global account ?
i am also facing same problem- CKYC issue…
