I am new to Niyo Banking. I just noticed, I am not getting SMS when we do any debit/credit transactions.
Whereas our traditional banks will get message, after every debit transactions and more than certain amount for credit transactions as well.
Is this common for everyone or I am one facing this.

Inconvenience regretted! At times, it is observed that there is a delay in receiving the transactional (credit/debit) SMS. This has been highlighted to the bank, and they are working on it. The issue may get resolved shortly. Until then, we kindly request you refresh the home page of your app to view the updated balance.
