Hello people. I was scheduled for KYC on 24th between 8 - 12 , agent called he said he’ll be there in 10 mins, I was at my residence. After 15 mins I’ve received an SMS stating I was not available at home. I’ve my grandmother and myself diagnosed with Covid and has 25k in the account and it got locked up. I regretting opening account with u guys. I cannot get the CY done for my granny as my funds froze and agent was not at all feeling responsible for getting the KYC done. I want my funds ASAP and close this account. Customer care is not available on non banking days it seems. Isn’t the customer care should be working 24/7? What if something important and we want to reach them ? . Please I need my funds , the situation is so bad here.
