I have taken travel insurance from the mobile app - After payment got sms from Bimplan with reference number BBKK5475. I don’t know where to track this. Digit Insurance does not have the record. What should I do?

The number u have give is of godigit. I have called them before posting here. They dont have any records of me taking insurance from them. Tried to call bhimaplan and even emailed them - no response.
