Hi,
I am a new customer for DCB Niyo Global debit card. I just installed Niyo app in my Samsung galaxy S24 FE and it’s not working. I enter my mobile number and it says trying to verify it’s you and then gives error - phone number verification failed. I try to reach support at top right doesn’t work. I’ve mailed at niyo global customer care, no response. It’s frustrating to say the least

Reinstall the Niyo Global app by deleting the existing app and downloading the latest version from the Play Store.

During setup, please do not allow the “SMS” permission when prompted.

At the mobile verification stage, manually select the relevant SIM card and send the verification SMS from your device.

Kindly ensure that you are using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable verification process.
If the issue still persists, we request you to please record the entire process while performing the above steps and share the video over the email thread already raised under ticket ID 673359. This will help us coordinate further with the concerned team and assist you in resolving the issue at the earliest.
