We are sorry to hear about your lost card. We request you to immediately lock your card through the Niyo app to prevent any unauthorized usage.
Regarding the replacement, you can permanently block the card and place a reorder directly from the app’s ‘Card Settings.’ Please keep in mind that we can only ship replacement cards within India at the moment.
