Fund transfer issue (try again after 1 hr) it says

Hey I have been told that my issue was resolved regarding the fund transfer issue. I have been trying but still it shows there is a problem from SBM bank try after 1 hr.

Unable to transfer money more than 1 lacs using SBM bank account to another account.
Also while making transfer there is no option to choose transfer type like NEFT, RTGS or IMPS.
It seems system select IMPS by default and putting transfer limit.
