Hey Niyo X Team,
I opened the account today and here are the things I loved about the product and few points as feedback.
- By far, I found the Niyo X Account Opening the easiest process compared to all other banks.
- The creation of UPI ID , adding funds, sending funds to other accounts , beneficiary addition is all a very smooth process.
- Feature wise the app interface is pretty good. Easy to use
- Support team responds quickly and with most of the queries covered.
- The app it too white in color. This makes reading the content a bit difficult
- The account details shared over WhatsApp is not in proper format.
- To access the virtual debit card, multiple OTPs are required to view the card, CVV and expiry. A single OTP can provide all the details in one go.
Looking forward to the Physical Debit Card. Of what I have heard the card doesn’t not have the contactless support yet. Would appreciate if all the new issued card come with contactless support. The design of the card looks pretty amazing.
Could also improve a bit on the OTP timings as the first waiting time is mostly exceeded. Sometimes the App is unresponsive for the finger print login.

Overall a great product to get hands to and with further improvements you can be the best in the segment.
